摘要
建立了面向虚拟制造的特种回转面刀具数控加工仿真系统的体系结构 ,并以砂轮与刀具为例对体系中不同对象间的碰撞干涉进行了讨论 ,推导了相应的检验算法。该体系将几何模型与物理模型相结合 ,较真实地反映了特种回转面刀具数控加工的实际情况 ,提出了新的高效判交算法 。
The configuration of NC manufacturing simulation system for special revolving tools towards VM is build. The collision and interference between objects in the system is analyzed, and then an algorithm for inspection and correction is deduced. The combination of geometric model with physical model in the configuration reflects on the practice condition of NC manufacturing special revolving tools. The algorithm can improve the calculation efficiency very much.
