铸轧铝带的表层夹渣特征及其形成机理

摘要 采用 SEM和 EDAX分析技术,观察和分析了铸轧铝带的表层夹渣缺陷,结果表明,夹渣尺寸在 5~200 μm之间,夹渣含有O,C,S,Cl,Na,K,Ca,Fe,Mg等元素,原、辅材料中的杂质、熔铸过程的污染及净化处理不当是形成夹渣的原因。表层夹渣的遗传将导致箔材断带和弥散性针孔。严格控制和改进工艺,可以有效地防止夹渣形成. The surface enclosed slag of Cast-rolling Aluminium Strip was observed and analyzed with SEM and EDAX. The results show that the size of the slag is in the range of 5 -200 μm, and the slag consist of O, C, S, Cl, Na, K, Ca, Fe and Mg elements. Impurity of raw materials, pollution of melt-casting process and abnormal purifying treatment are the reasons of formed the enclosed slag. Heredity of the slag results in cracking or scattering needle hole of the aluminium foils. The slag can be prevented effectively by controlled and improved the process.
