摘要
本文结合了企业竞争战略因素,研究竞争战略、创新研发投入与企业绩效三者之间的关系,得出了以下结论:创新研发投入与企业绩效正相关,其中研发投入具有滞后性,对滞后一期的企业绩效的影响更大;差异化战略与创新研发投入正相关,成本领先战略与创新研发投入的关系不显著;竞争战略与创新研发投入的相互作用对企业绩效产生了显著影响,差异化战略下创新研发投入能够提高企业绩效,而成本领先战略下创新研发投入将使企业绩效受损。
Based on the element of enterprise competitive strategy, this paper studies the relationship among competitive strategy, R＆D investment and corporate performance, and reaches the following conclusions： R＆D investment is positively correlated with cor- porate performance and has the hysteresis quality. There is a greater impact on the lag phase of corporate performance. Differentiation strategy and R＆D investment are positively correlated, but the relationship between the cost leading strategy and R＆D investment is not significant. The interjaetion between competitive strategy and R＆D investment has a significant impact on corporate performance. The R＆D investment can improve corporate performance if the firm takes differentiation strategy. But under the cost leading strategy, it will make corporate performance down.
