摘要
旅游公共服务是旅游业转型升级的重要内容,当前我国旅游公共服务供给效率低下、数量不足,无法满足日益增长的多样化旅游需求,导致旅游发展出现瓶颈,如何建立高效的旅游公共服务体系成为研究的重点。智慧旅游是运用现代电子技术和信息技术构建的一种全新的旅游产业运营和管理体系,能够在旅游者、企业、利益相关者和行业管理者之间建立一种网状交叉互动的资源共享和价值共创平台,是旅游公共服务管理机制的一大创新。智慧旅游将大大提升旅游公共服务水平,促进旅游业的转型升级。
Tourism public service is one of tile most important aspects in the transformation and upgrading of China's tourism. The current tourism public service supply in China is inefficient and inadequate, and is unable to meet the fast growing diversified demand. This is one of the most serious bottlenecks of China's tourism development. How to establish an effective tourism public service system becomes the focus of the tourism researches. The smart tourism establishes a new operation and management system by using modern electronic technology and information technology. It creates a network where the tourists, enterprises, stakeholders and industry governors can exchange information and utilize resources to create greater value. This is a crucial innovation in tourism public service mechanism. Smart tourism will greatly enhance the tourism public service and thus upgrade the development of Chinese tourism industry.
