摘要
目的:观察分析氧化锆全瓷修复舌侧错位侧切牙的美观效果。方法:选取在本院作舌侧错位侧切牙美学修复的132例(160颗牙)患者为研究对象,随机分为全瓷组(88颗)和烤瓷组(73颗),全瓷组采取氧化锆全瓷修复,烤瓷组进行镍铬合金烤瓷修复,修复术后跟踪随访2年,观察两组侧切牙修复体美容效果、咬合功能及患者满意度。结果:全瓷组边缘正常(97.73%)、牙龈适应(96.59%)、无牙龈发黑牙龈炎病例,总合格率(96.59%)、满意率(92.41%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆全瓷修复舌侧错位侧切牙,既保证了牙齿的正常功能,又保证了长久的美观修复效果,值得临床牙科推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the zirconia all ceramic restoration lingual malposition of lateral incisor beautiful effect.Methods Select 132 cases in our hospital for repair of lingual dislocation of lateral incisor aesthetics （160 teeth） patients as the research object,randomly divided into all ceramic group （88 teeth） and porcelain group （73 teeth）,all ceramic group takes zirconia all ceramic restoration,porcelain group of Ni Cr alloy porcelain restoration,repair after 2 years of followup,two groups of lateral incisor restoration cosmetic effect,occlusal function and patient satisfaction.Results All ceramic group edge normal （97.73%）,（96.59%）,gingival adapt without gum nigrescent gingivitis patients,the total qualified rate （96.59%）,satisfaction rate （92.41%）was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zirconiaall ceramic restoration lingual malposition of lateral incisor,both to ensure the normal function of the teeth,but also ensure the esthetic effect for a long time,is worthy to be popularized in clinical dentistry.
