摘要
所设计的消失模铸造生产线采用可编程控制器(PLC)进行自动控制,在阐述生产线设备、工艺特点及控制系统要求的基础上,对控制系统软件设计中的两个关键问题作了介绍。运行结果表明:消失模铸造生产线运行可靠,操作方便,可以满足消失模铸造生产线的自动化要求。
The programmable logic controller（PLC） were used in the designed lost foam casting production line for automatic control. The two key issues in the design of PLC control system was described based on the production line equipment, process characteristics and control system requirements. The running results show that the lost foam casting production lines run reliably, operate easily and well meet automation requirements of lost foam casting production line.
