Simulation on Casting Process for Press Filter Bases

摘要 从压滤机底座的材料、铸造模具结构和铸造模拟结果等综合因素考虑,确定了压滤机底座铸造分型面和手工树脂砂型铸造工艺方案。基于计算机仿真技术,建立了关于压滤机底座的铸造仿真模型,模拟并研究了压滤机底座铸件的充型过程、缩松缩孔和充气裹气位置分布,并设计出改进的压滤机底座铸造模具结构,以优化铸造工艺。 The hand-casting parting surface and resin sand casting process for press filter bases was determined in consideration of the composite factors of the material of filter bases, the structure of casting mold and the casting simulation results. Based on the computer simulation technology, a casting model of the press filter bases was established to simulate and study the filling process, the shrinkage porosity and the distribution of gas-filled and gas-wrapped locations in filter base castings, and the improved casting mold structure for press filter bases was designed to optimize the casting process.
