摘要
以米曲霉(Aspergillus oryzae)R6发酵豆粕,利用米曲霉自身的蛋白酶系降解豆粕,得到酶解复合氨基酸.将8h内羽化的成虫果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)随机分组,分别饲喂酶解复合氨基酸(2,4和8g/L),饲喂基础培养基的果蝇为对照,每天定时记录死蝇数量,直至果蝇全部死亡.结果表明,中质量浓度组果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命极显著延长,且果蝇子代成虫数量也极显著增加.表明酶解复合氨基酸对果蝇具有一定的延缓衰老及提高繁殖力的功能.
Compound amino acids by enzymolysis was prepared through the enzymolysis of fermented soybean meal by the protease of Aspergillus oryzae R6. Imagoes within 8 h after eclosion were divided into four groups randomly, fed with 2, 4: and 8 g/L of compound amino acids respectively,the group fed with basic media was the control. The number of the died Drosophila melanogaster was recorded every day reg- ularly until all the D. rnelanogaster died. The results showed that the average life-span and the highest life- span of D. melanogaster of the moderate concentration group were prolonged significantly(P〈O. 01) com- pared with the control ,and the number of D. melanogaster offspring was also increased significantly( P〈 O. 01) . It indicated that the compound amino acids possessed a certain anti-aging and enhancing productivi- ty function for D. melanogaster.
