摘要
为了建立一个高效的步进电动机控制系统,需要将采用步进电动机作为执行机构的系统看作是一个由步进电动机、驱动电路和控制器三部分组成的有机整体。从系统的观点出发,研究了如何通过分析一个系统得到所需要的有用信息,然后利用这些信息选择步进电动机和搭建驱动电路。对于步进电动机的选择,通过对其参数含义的深入分析,给出了相关转矩、转动惯量、频率等参数选择的建议和相关公式。对于驱动电路的搭建,根据步进电动机的不同特点,分别给出了其基本的驱动电路,并通过四相永磁步进电动机25BY4803对改善驱动性能的方案进行了仿真。对于步进电动机绕组电流检测,提供了几种可供选择的方案,可以根据实际情况选择。
The system with stepping motor as its actuator should be regarded as a whole body,which is made up of controller,drive circuit and stepping motor itself in order to build a high-performance stepping motor control system.From the system point of view,this work discussed how to get what you want for selecting stepping motor and building your drive circuit later,by researching a system.With regard to selecting stepping motor,this work provided some advice and its related formulation for torques,rotation inertia,frequencies and so on,after having an in-deep analysis for the parameters of stepping motor.For building drive circuit,basic circuits for driving PM,HB and VR stepping motor were provided after a careful study of stepping motors' characteristics of all these three kind of stepping motor.Then,a test was made for some methods which are used for improving the driving performance.Additionally,this work gave some suggestion for testing winding current,which can be chosen based on the actual situation.
