摘要 该文对高地芽孢杆菌(Bacillus altitudinis)PY41菌株的碱性蛋白酶进行了分离纯化,并对其酶学性质进行了研究。通过硫酸铵分级沉淀、凝胶过滤层析和疏水层析得到纯化的碱性蛋白酶,经SDS–PAGE凝胶电泳检测得到该蛋白酶相对分子质量为29.5 kDa。 To purify alkaline protease of Bacillus altitudinis PY41,and study its properties. By using(NH4)2SO4 segmentation precipitation,Sepharose CL–6B and Phenyl Sepharoses to purify the alkaline protease of Bacillus altitudinis PY41,the protease was determined by SDS–PAGE to have a molecular weight of 29.5 kDa.
