摘要
南水北调中线工程总干渠部分渠段建于煤矿采空区之上,由于采空区影响,渠基易发生沉降变形,影响渠道正常运行,经研究,决定采用充填灌浆和帷幕灌浆两种方式进行渠基加固。为了确定合适的灌浆材料及材料配比,选用水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土、高效减水剂等材料进行了试验,确定了灌浆材料及配比方案。实际施工中,根据现场灌浆量的变化,采用了不同配比的灌浆材料对渠基加固处理。渠基加固施工完成后,采用注浆和地质CT扫描方式对加固质量进行了检查。检查结果表明,施工质量满足设计要求。
Partial canal section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion is built on coal mined-out area.Due to the influence of coal mined-out area,the canal foundation is prone to settlement and the normal operation of the canal will be affected.After analysis,filling grouting and curtain grouting were adopted to reinforce the canal foundation.In order to determine the suitable grouting material and material mixing ratio,the materials of cement,fly-ash,bentonite,highly effective water reducer etc.were selected to conduct test and the grouting materials and mixing ratio were determined.In the practical construction,according to the field grouting amount variation,the grouting materials with different mixing ratio were used.After completion of the canal foundation reinforcement,the construction quality was checked by grouting and CT scanning,which shows that the construction quality meets the design requirement.
