化学镀镍老化液的资源化处理研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 阐述了化学镀镍液老化的根本原因及老化液的处理途径。综述了化学沉淀法、催化还原法、电渗析法、电解法、材料吸附法等处理方法的研究进展,并简要地讨论了这些处理方法的优缺点。组合多种处理方法是今后处理化学镀镍老化液的发展方向。 The root cause for the aging of electroless nickel plating bath and the approach of treatment are elaborated.The research progress in its treatment methods,such as chemical precipitation,autocatalytic activation,electrodialysis,electrolysis,material adsorption,etc.is reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these treatments are also discussed briefly.Combination of various treatments is the future development direction in treatment of spent electroless nickel plating bath.
