类风湿关节炎与昼夜节律相关性的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 时间医学研究证明,不仅人体生命活动具有明显的昼夜节律,而且许多疾病的发生发展也呈现出明显的昼夜时间规律性。类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)为难治性疾病,具有明显的关节"晨僵"节律性特征。近年来,RA的昼夜节律性相关研究取得了重要进展,在基础研究和临床治疗等方面提出了新的方向和思路。本文主要从昼夜节律角度对RA的病理基础和时间治疗进行综述分析。
