摘要
对里氏木霉 GXC菌株所产的木聚糖酶特性作了研究 .结果表明 :该酶的最适温度为 55℃ ,最适 p H5.3.p H稳定范围较广 ,热稳定性在 4 0℃以下 .酶的最大反应速度为 52 6μmol/ ( min.mg) ,米氏常数为 3.4 2 mg/ m L.Cu2 +,Zn2 +,Fe2 +和 Fe3+对酶有抑制作用 ,而 Co2 +和 Mn2
The characteristics of the xylanase from Trichoderma reesei strain GXC were studied The results showed that the optimal temperature was 55 ℃and pH 5 3 respectively , the range of pH stability was wide ,the enzyme was stable below 40 ℃ Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ had inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity, but Co 2+ and Mn 2+ could stimulate the activity Vmax was 526 μmol / (min·mg) , K m was 3 42 mg/mL
