摘要
为充分发挥班级在大学生教育和管理上的载体作用,创新班级管理模式,依据当代大学生群体特点,深入剖析了高校班级管理的现状及普遍存在的一些问题,并通过影响班级管理因素的分析,提出了加强高校班级管理的对策和建议。
To give full play of the class in the college students＇ education and management so as to innovate the mode ofclass management, the author summarized characteristics of contemporary university students, analyzed in depth the currentsituation of class management and some widespread problems and factors influencing the class management, put forward thecountermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the class management in universities.
