摘要
根据云南风化胶磷矿的矿石性质,采用了单反扫选试验流程,并且采用了自行研制的ZP系列药剂(阳离子捕收剂),该药剂的用量较少,能大大降低一般磷矿浮选的药剂成本并且取得了精矿品位P2O5>31%的良好效果,实现了有用矿物和脉石的有效分离,得到了合格的磷精矿产品。
According to the ore properties of Yunnan weathered phosphorite, the paper put to use flotation test process, and adopted the ZP series reagents developed （cationic collector）, the dosage of the reagent is less, it can greatly reduce the reagent cost general flotation and achieved good effect of concentrate grade P2O5〉31%, realize the effective separation useful minerals and gangue, get the product concentrate qualified.
