摘要
为解决江苏LNG接收站二期LNG储罐冷却问题,研究利用LNG接收站自身储存的LNG,对二期建成投用的T-1203储罐进行冷却。将T-1203储罐的投用流程分为氮气置换、冷却并充液进料管道、储罐预冷、低压泵出口管道预冷和储罐充液至4m共5个阶段,详细介绍了各个阶段的工艺流程和数据要点,梳理了T-1203冷却、充液进料管道和泵出口管道预冷过程中出现的问题,并给出合理的解释和解决措施。最后,介绍了投用后期建成的储罐对在役系统的影响和要求,可为国内其他LNG接收站的储罐冷却提供借鉴。(图3,表2,参6)
In order to solve the storage tank cooling down issues of the second phase of Jiangsu LNG receiving terminal, the research utilizes the stored LNG of the terminal to cooling down the T-1203 tank which was put into use in the second phase. The putting-into-service process of T-1203 can be divided into the following five stages,covers nitrogen displacement, cooling down and topping up of the feed pipe, storage tank pre-cooling, pre-cooling of the outlet conduit of low pressure pump and topping up the tank to 4 m. This paper Introduces the process flow and key data of each stage in details, sorts out the problems occur in the process of T-1203 cooling down, feed pipe topping up and pre-cooling of the pump outlet conduit, and gives out reasonable explanations and solutions. Finally this paper introduces the influence and requirements of the tanks built late in the project to the system in service. Related experience provides experiences of tank cooling for other domestic LNG terminals. (3 Figures, 2 Tables, 6 References).
