摘要
对某型拖拉机液力扭转减振器的工作特性进行讨论分析,建立了其传动系扭振模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink平台进行仿真分析。着重研究了在发动机激励下液压阻尼对传动系的扭转角速度、角加速度动态响应特性的影响作用,并进行了台架试验。验证了液力扭转减振器对扭振角速度振幅的抑制衰减作用,从而明确其减振特性,为其优化设计提供了依据。
Based on analysis of the hydrodamp operating characteristics,the driveline torsional vibration model of the tractor is established in this paper.By using the simulation software MATLAB/Simulink,the hydraulic damping's influences on dynamic response characteristics of the angular velocity and angular acceleration are researched.For further study,the bench test is also established to verify the hydrodamp's actual effect that to dampen down the vibration angular velocity,to clear the hydrodamp's vibration damping characteristics and to provide the basis for the optimal design.
