单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 后路腰椎椎间融合术治疗腰椎退行性疾病多采用双侧椎弓根螺钉内固定的术式,但对于仅有单侧症状的腰椎退行性疾病患者,单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定即可维持腰椎的生物力学稳定。本文从适应证和禁忌证、生物力学研究、临床研究等方面对单侧椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的研究进展进行综述。
