摘要
笔者首先讨论了近年来固封极柱存在的开裂现象,并结合实例简要分析了固封极柱用环氧树脂固化物开裂问题的影响因素:产品的结构设计、环氧树脂的配方设计、压力注射工艺、固化工艺、注射模具的结构设计和调试过程等。其次,探讨了环氧树脂注射料的开裂失效机理,由于内应力和缺陷的存在,在受到温度变化或者机械外力等条件冲击时,环氧树脂固化物内部形成的缺陷和微裂纹扩展导致开裂失效。通过上述对开裂原因及机理的研究,提出了预防环氧树脂固化物开裂问题的预防措施。
The cracking phenomena of embedded pole appeared in recent years are analyzed. The influencing factors of cracking problem of the cured epoxy resin for embedded pole are discussed by considering some actual cases,such as product structure,epoxy resin formulation,pressure injection process,curing process,injection mold structure, and debugging process. The cracking failure mechanism of epoxy resin injection material is explored and comes to a conclusion that due to the presence of internal stress and defects,the defects and microcracks inside the cured epoxy resin would propagate to result in cracking failure when subject to temperature change or external mechanical shock. Further,some preventive measures against cracking problem of the cured epoxy resin for embedded pole are proposed.
