摘要
在宣钢二棒电气调试阶段,因传动接地施工的不完善,导致在调试西门子S120交流传动装置时频繁出现故障,典型如编码器速度跳变等,造成主传动调试周期拖延,进而影响整个调试工期。通过对原接地方案以及现场接地工作实际情况的分析,分别针对接地干线、主回路电缆、编码器控制电缆及传动装置进行了接地改进,最终使得调试工作顺利实施。
