相转化法聚砜膜的结构调控与亲水化改性研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 从热力学和动力学两个方面对浸入沉淀相转化法制备聚砜膜的成膜机理进行具体阐述。概述了影响热力学和动力学的因素,如添加剂种类、聚砜含量、凝固浴温度及组成等对聚砜膜结构与性能的影响,这些因素主要是改变铸膜液体系的黏度,进而改变成膜过程中的相分离速率,最终决定聚砜膜的结构与性能。还综述了为进一步提高聚砜膜的渗透性能和延长使用寿命,对聚砜膜采取的主要亲水改性方法。 The mechanism for polysulfone membrane formation by immersion precipitation phase inversion was elaborated from the thermodynamic and kinetic aspects.The effects of these factors such as the additives,polysulfone content,coagulation bath temperature and composition on the membrane structure and properties were summarized.These factors mainly changed the viscosity of the casting solution system and thus changed the phase separation rate,ultimately determined the structure and properties of polysulfone membrane.Moreover,this paper reviewed the research progress on the hydrophilic modification methods of which the purpose was to improve the permeability and service life for polysulfone membrane.
