摘要
采用超声波辅助法协同酶解提取平菇水溶性多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验分别研究液固比、酶解pH值、酶解温度、超声时间对平菇多糖浸提率的影响,最佳工艺条件。结果表明:提取平菇多糖的最佳工艺是:液固比30∶1,酶解pH值6,酶解温度60℃,超声时间40 min。在此条件下,超声波辅助法协同酶解提取平菇多糖的浸提率为20.92%。
Ultrasonic-assisted enzymolysis was used to extract water soluble polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatus. On the basis of single factor experiments, the optimum process conditions of liquid-solid ratio, enzymolysis pH, enzymolysis temperature, ultrasonic time were studied by orthogonal tests. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatus was as follows:the liquid-solid ratio 30∶1,enzymolysis pH 6,enzymolysis temperature 60 ℃,ultrasonic time 40 min. Under the above conditions,the productivity of enzyme extraction of water soluble polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatus was 20.92%by ultrasonic-assisted method.
