摘要
目的比较胸部X线与螺旋CT对肺结核的诊断价值。方法选取2010年1月—2013年11月我院收治的肺结核患者126例,均行胸部X线和螺旋CT检查,比较两种检查方式的诊断正确率、病灶及空洞检出率,观察影像学特征。结果胸部X线诊断正确率、病灶检出率、空洞检出率均低于螺旋CT(P<0.05)。胸部X线主要表现为病变密度不均匀,中心密度较高,螺旋CT可见高低混杂密度102例。结论螺旋CT检查能够提高肺结核诊断正确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the value of X- ray and spiral CT in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 126 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to November 2013 were checked by X-ray and spiral CT. The correct rate,detection rate of lesions and cavities between two checks ways were compared. Results The correct rate,detection rate of lesions and cavities in X- ray were lower than those of spiral CT（ P〈0. 05）. X- ray mainly perform uneven density lesions,high center density,spiral CT shows high and low density mixed in 102 cases. Conclusion Taking spiral CT examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary tuberculosis,it has high value in clinical application.
