摘要
针对数字多道核谱仪系统,研究并实现了数字滤波梯形成形算法。从数学理论上对算法可行性进行论证,并利用Matlab仿真验证;采用FPGA技术对该算法建模及Modelsim仿真分析,完成了数字多道的研制。通过NaI(TI)探测器进行55Fe源能谱实测结果表明,该算法能够达到最佳滤波成形效果,改善了数字多道的各方面性能,在自主研制的多道分析器中得到了成功应用。
A research and realization of digital -filtering trapezoidal shaping algorithm are proposed for the digit -al nuclear multi-channel spectrometer system design .We demonstrated the feasibility of the algorithm based on mathematical theory and used Matlab for the simulation , as well as realized an algorithm modeling and Mode-lsim simulation analysis with FPGA technology to complete the construction of digital multi -channel system . The 55Fe source(by NaI(TI) detector) spectra measured result has showed that this algorithm can achieve the best filtering and shaping effect and improve system performance of all aspects , which is applied in self -devel-oping multi-channel analyzer successfully .
