伏立康唑治疗1例播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨伏立康唑治疗播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病的临床有效性。方法:结合1例播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病的诊治过程,对比分析使用伏立康唑和其他抗真菌药的适宜性。结果:从随访情况判断,伏立康唑治疗该例播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病6个月取得初步疗效。结论:伏立康唑治疗播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌病有效,但具体疗程尚不明确,仍需进一步探讨与研究。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical effectiveness of voriconazole therapy for disseminated penicilliosis marneffei.METttODS Through the diagnosis and treatment process of the one case of disseminated penicilliosis marneffei, the suitability of voriconazole was analyzed and compared with other antifungal agent. RESULTS Judging from the follow-up case, voricon-azole treatment for the disseminated penicilliosis marneffei six months achieved initial results. CONCLUSION Voriconazole treatment for disseminated penicilliosis marneffei was shown to be effective, but the specific treatment is not clear, and still needs further discussion and study.
