摘要
以聚马来酸酐、丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)等为单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成阻垢剂三元聚合物MA/AA/TPEG,在静态条件下,考察了TPEG用量、介质pH、聚合物用量对硅垢的抑制作用。结果表明,使用浓度相等时,MA/AA/TPEG-2的抑制效果最佳,在pH=6,用量为50 mg/L时,对硅垢的抑制率可达到65%。
The tripolymer MA/ AA/ TPEG was prepared by maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA) and methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether(TPEG). The polymerization was intiated by the initiator with persul-fate. The content of TPEG,pH and polymer dosage on silica scale inhibition performance of MA/ AA/TPEG was investigated by the screening measurement condition. Results showed that the tripolymer has a certain inhibitory effect on silica scale,MA/ AA/ TPEG-2 has a best inhibition power under the same dos-age of the tripolymer,inhibition power increased to a maximum at pH = 6,about 65% at 50 mg / L.
