摘要
选取使用10、15、25a的蔬菜大棚,对其土壤电导率和几种功能微生物类群进行了研究,以期为蔬菜大棚的合理使用提供理论依据。结果表明:大棚使用年限对土壤电导率(EC)影响较大,前期对EC有促进作用,而使用时间过长(15a后)EC明显降低;长期使用大棚栽培蔬菜显著抑制硝化细菌和反硝化细菌的积累;一定年限内使用大棚栽培蔬菜有利于有机磷细菌的积累,但随着使用年限的增加(10a后),有机磷细菌数量开始减少,而无机磷细菌数量随大棚使用年限增加而增加。
To understand the effects of vegetable greenhouse on functional microorganisms,the greenhouses in which vegetables were cultivated for 10,15 and 25 years,respectively,were chosen.The soil electrical conductivity(EC) and number of some kinds of functional microorganisms in vegetable greenhouse soil were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of cultivation years,the soil EC increased at first then decreased;the number of nitrobacteria and denitrifying bacteria significantly decreased; the number of organic-phosphorus bacterium increased at first then decreased;the number of inorganic-phosphorus bacterium increased.
