响应面法优化灵芝胞外多糖的发酵工艺条件 被引量:5

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,通过Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应曲面分析法优化灵芝液体发酵产胞外多糖的发酵工艺条件。响应面分析结果表明,灵芝胞外多糖的最佳液体发酵培养条件为:葡萄糖15.79g/L,玉米粉10.23g/L,豆饼粉10.41g/L。此条件下的验证试验表明,此时胞外多糖的得率为340.05mg/L,与理论值基本吻合。该方法对灵芝液体发酵多糖的开发与应用有重要意义。 Based on the results of one-factor-at-a-time-technique method ,a three-level Box-Behnken facto-rial design was employed combining with response surface methodology (RSM ) to optimize the conditions for extracellular polysaccharides ( EPS ) production by Ganoderma lucidum .The optimal fermentation conditions were determined as follows :glucose 15 .79g/L , corn meal 10 .23g/L and soybean meal 10 .41g/L .The average yield of EPS validation experiments was 340 .05mg/L .This research has the vital significance regarding the Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide function of the product development and the application1 .
