摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,运用ISOMED2000等速肌力测试系统,对12名国家二级水平的男子乒乓球运动员进行为期9周的力量训练实验,探讨振动训练对其肩肘腕肌力的影响。结果显示:实验前后,上肢传统力量训练方案和振动训练方案在一定程度上都是有效的,但振动训练对关节肌力的效果更加显著;振动训练作为一种整体性训练,避免了传统力量训练中分解式训练易造成技术动作脱节和动量传递不流畅等问题,有助于运动员上肢肌群整体性发力水平的提高和动量的顺畅传递。根据振动训练的特点,在一定程度上可以将其作为传统力量训练的补充。
By using of document literature,experiment and mathematical statistics method,and the isokinetic muscle testing sys-tem ISOMED200,this paper makes a 9-week experiment to 12 national secondary level male table tennis athletes for strength training experiment,exploring vibration training’s infulence on shoulder elbow wrist strength.Result has shown that,Before and after the experiment,the upper limb traditional strength training and vibration training is effective in a certain extent,but the effect of vibration training on the joint strength is even more significant.As a whole training,vibration training avoid the technical action disconnect and non-smoothmomentum transfer existing in traditional strength training,and it helps athletes to improve the power level of upper limb muscle and the flow of momentum.
