摘要
本文从分析中老年知识分子健康状况出发,提出体育锻炼是改善中老年知识分子身体健康状况的重要途径这一论点,并从身体锻炼的角度来指导这一特殊人群的体育锻炼。
Based on the analysis on their status of mid-aged and old intellectuals’health,there is advanced in this paper that physical training is a key way to improve mia-aged and old intellectuals’health,in the meanwhile it teaches the people in this age group how to perform physical training.
