摘要
雕刻机运动系统的设计包括主运动系统和进给运动系统的设计,主运动系统的设计采用电动机直接带动刀具的方法,进给运动系统的设计采用步进电动机带动滚珠丝杠的方法,实现了部件在导轨上的三轴联动。本文针对当前小型数控雕刻机发展的趋势,围绕其机械结构,从主轴运动到进给运动进行了详细的设计计算。计算了切削力、转矩和功率,确定了丝杠的转速与导程。计算了最大主切削力,确定了最大主轴转速和输出转矩,选定了主轴电动机型号。根据X和Y方向的负载条件,选定了滚珠丝杠副的型号。
Engraving machine motion system design mainly includes the main motion system and feed motion system, engraving machine main movement system uses a direct drive motor cutter way, the feed system uses a stepper motor driven ball screw method to achieve the component on the three axis linkage. Focused on contemporary trend of the CNC engraving machine and around the CNC engraving machine mechanical structure, a detailed design calculations moving from the spindle to feed movement were carried out. By calculating cutting speed, milling force, torque and power, determined the speed and the lead screw. Calculated the maximum main cutting force, determined the maximum spindle speed and output torque, the spindle motor model was selected, according to the X and Y direction load conditions, the ball screw model was selected.
