摘要
为探究绣球丁香嫩枝扦插生根机理,建立高效的扦插繁殖技术体系,采用高效液相色谱法对其生根过程中吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素(ZT)4种内源激素含量进行测定,对其动态变化进行分析。结果表明:在插穗生根过程中,IAA、ZT含量均呈现先升高后降低而后缓慢升高的变化趋势;ABA含量呈现出在波动中下降的趋势,在愈伤组织形成期和不定根表达期达到最低值;GA3含量在整个生根过程中一直处于下降的趋势,仅在不定根表达期出现小幅度上升;相反,IAA/ABA比值基本处于在波动中上升的趋势。可见,较高含量的IAA、ZT及较高的IAA/ABA比值与扦插生根成正相关,而ABA和GA3与扦插生根成负相关。
In order to establish efficient cutting technique system of Syringa microphylla, contents of 4 kinds ofendogenous hormones(IAA, GA3, ABA and ZT) in the process of adventitious root organogenesis weredetermined by HPLC. The result showed that the contain of endogenous hormones changed dynamically, inwhich the content of IAA and ZT increased first, then reduced, and finally rose slowly; but the content of ABAand GA3 continued to decrease with fluctuation during rooting process. In the entire rooting process, thetendency on the ratio of IAA and ABA went up continuously. The high activities of IAA, ZT and the ratio ofIAA/ABA played a dominant role to promote the adventitious roots.
