摘要
在继电保护可靠性评估中,考虑运行条件的影响可以更准确评估保护系统的可靠性。将继电保护系统失效分为硬件失效和软件及人为因素失效,分别分析了两种失效的失效率时变特性,并分析了运行温度对保护装置可靠性的影响,进而建立了考虑运行条件继电保护系统失效率模型。考虑一次设备和继电保护系统的耦合关系,建立了保护系统可靠性模型。分别在不同的运行条件下,对实际的继电保护系统的不可用度进行了计算,计算结果验证了所提理论的正确性和有效性。
The accuracy of assessing the reliability of protection system can be enhanced when the operation conditions are taken into account.The protection system failure is divided into hardware failure and software failure in this paper.Both type of failure are respectively analyzed for their time-variation characteristics.The impact of the temperature on the reliability of protection device is also discussed.The failure model of protection system with operating conditions is then established.After that,the comprehensive reliability model of protection system is established.The unavailability of protection system is calculated under different operating conditions respectively.The results indicate that the proposed theory is correct and effective.
