摘要
以生产Q235B钢为例,介绍了转炉-LF生产工艺降低精炼成本的措施。通过适当提高转炉出钢温度,精确合金料加入量,优化生产组织管理,利用LF炉钢包热态浇余循环工艺等措施,使150 t LF炉生产Q235B钢种的吨钢综合成本降低11.37元,且钢水质量未受影响。
With Q235B steel as example,it is introduced the measures to reduce refining cost in process of converter plus LF： appropriately raising converter tapping temperature,making precise the adding quantity of alloy materials,optimizing production organization management and the process of cyclic utilization of waste heat in hot casting of ladle of LF furnace. With those the comprehensive cost per ton of steel in production of Q235B steel with 150 t LF furnace is reduced by 11. 37 yuans,keeping steady the quality of molten steel.
