摘要
火焰中心高度是体现锅炉燃烧状况的重要因素,但其难以直接测量。提出基于证据理论的火焰中心高度判别方法,通过火焰中心位置系数及锅炉输入热量配比与火焰中心高度的对应关系,将实际值与设计值之比作为判据,利用改进信度函数分配方法的证据理论对火焰中心高度进行判别。该方法不需要额外的测量设备,可方便应用于多工况的炉膛内部火焰中心高度判别,具有适用性强及计算量小的特点。实例计算验证了该方法的有效性及实用性。
Flame core height is one of the important factors demonstrating the combustion situation in boiler. However, it is difficult to be measured directly. A new method based on the evidence theory is proposed to identify flame core height. By means of the correspondence between flame core position coefficient, the proportion of input heat and flame core height, with the ratio of real value and design value served as the criterion, to identify the flame core height based on evidence theory of improved belief function distribution method. This method is recommended to use in identifying flame core height of furnace under complicated operating conditions without any extra measurement equipment. Moreover, the criterion has characteristics of good practicability and low computational complexity. The calculation sample further validate that the identifying method is correct and effective.
