摘要
结合某300 MW CFB锅炉50%、100%甩负荷试验的成功控制经验,对试验过程和锅炉侧压力、汽温及其燃烧等关键控制点进行深入探讨。结果表明:因CFB锅炉蓄热量和热惯性大,为防止锅炉超压及其维持床温以便后期恢复,必须提前减少燃料量,减少一次流化风量及其大量排渣、降低床压;同时注意减温水保证一定的投入量,防止汽温超限。
Combine the successful control experience that 50% and 100% load rejection test for 300MW CFB boiler, the test process and key control points such as steam pressure, steam temperature and combustion adjustment is discussed. The experiment showed that due to the large heat storage and thermal inertia for CFB boiler, to effectively prevent the overpressure and maintain bed temperature, must reduce fuel flow and primary fluidization airflow, lower bed pressure through large slagging; to prevent overheating, should pay attention to guarantee attemperating water has certain inputs.
