基于POMS下高原低氧环境增压辅助训练对运动员运动疲劳的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验比较的方法,对16名(8名实验组,8名对照组)中长跑运动员一个月的增压辅助训练对照追踪实验,在这期间同时使用心境状态量表(简式POMS)结合运动员心理疲劳问卷(ABQ)与反应时的测试,目的在于研究增压辅助训练对运动员身心疲劳的影响.实验结果表明:增压辅助训练对运动员身心疲劳的缓解有积极作用,特别是对紧张、抑郁、精力、反应、慌乱、成就感等因素有积极的影响.可适当调整运动员在大强度的重复训练中身心疲劳的状态. By experimental comparison, 16 members of middle and long distance runners (they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 8 members each) went through one- month hyperbaric oxygen assisted training and were investigated, meanwhile Profile of Mood States (in abbreviation POMS) was adopted in combination with the questionnaire of athletic mental fatigue as well as testing response interval in order to study the impact on the athletic physical and mental fatigue caused by hyperbaric oxygen assisted training. The results show that the assisted training has a positive effect on athletic fatigue, especially on such factors as nervousness, depression, stamina, response, fluster, sense of achievements etc. , and contributes to adjustment to athletic fatigue state after intense repeated training.
