摘要
[目的]观察养肾益精方联合平衡针灸治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组,卧床休息,避免疲劳及寒冷,多饮水,低嘌呤饮食。对照组50例针灸治疗,选择肺俞、胃俞、肾俞、足三里以及三阴交穴,选0.3mm×40mm的毫针,提插并捻转。根据患者的耐受程度辨证针灸治疗。治疗组50例养肾益精方(黄芪30g,大枣20g,茯苓15g,葛根10g,当归、何首乌各15g),水煎服1000mL,分2次服;针灸治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,好转18例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效18例,好转16例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养肾益精方联合平衡针灸治疗糖尿病效果显著,安全性高,值得推广。
[Objective]To investigate the study of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs balance the clinical effect of diabetes. [Methods] The patients in our hospital 100 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of the table. The control of acupuncture treatment group of 50 cases,Choice Feishu,Weishu,Shenshu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and 0.3mm×40mm Filiform needle, according to the situation, acupuncture therapy. The treatment group of 50 cases on the basis of the control group,using of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Huangqi 30g,Dazao 20g,Fuling 15g,Gegen 10g,Danggui,Heshouwu both 15g,add 500mL of water,fire heating,concentrated to 200mL later, small fire heating,fried 2 times, mixing, cent is taken 2 times. Two groups were treated continuously for 7 days to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect [Results] The treatment group excellence were 30 cases,to become better 18 cases,Invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.00%.The control group excellence were 18 cases,to become better 16 cases,Invalid 16 cases,the total efficiency of 68.00% [Conclusion]Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes balance has significant clinical efficacy, high security,worthy of promotion.
