摘要 探讨了电解槽电压的组成及降低槽电压的途径,同时开发了一种实时测量方法及设备来测量铝电解槽槽电压组成,为降低槽电压和控制电解槽热平衡提供重要的数据基础.实验室和工业现场测试表明,该设备可准确地测量出电解槽的各部分电压组成和极距,为电解槽精确化控制和操作提供了可靠的技术支持. In this paper, cell voltage consistence and energy saving methods were discussed. An in - situ measuring system for cell voltage composition was developed and tested in industrial aluminum reduction cells. The results are valuable for lowering cell voltage and controlling heat balance in aluminum electrolysis cells. The results from industrial site and laboratory confirm that the system could provide cell voltage distribution and anode - cathode distance with very low error. These data are very important for precise controlling of the Hall - Heroult cells.
