摘要
以P2O5为形核剂制备了Na2O-K2O-ZnO-SiO2(NKZS)透明微晶玻璃,研究了热处理温度对NKZS微晶玻璃的析晶行为、可见-近红外透过率和抗弯强度的影响。结果表明,在NKZS玻璃中,表面析晶和体积析晶同时存在。热处理温度低于750℃时,NKZS微晶玻璃表面析晶较显著,抗弯强度随热处理温度的升高而明显增强,可见-近红外透过率随热处理温度变化较小;温度高于750℃时,主要为体积析晶,其力学性能和可见-近红外透过率随热处理温度升高急剧降低。
Transparent Na2O-K2O-ZnO-SiO2(NKZS) glass-ceramics were prepared using P2O5as nucleation agent. The effects of heat-treatment temperature on the crystallization behavior,visible-near infrared transmittance and bending strength of Na2O-K2O-ZnO-SiO2(NKZS) glass-ceramics were investigated. The results show that the surface crystallization and internal crystallization coexist. When the heat-treatment temperature is below 750 ℃,the surface crystallization is obvious and the bending strength of NKZS glass-ceramics enhance significantly as the heat-treatment temperature increasing,while the visible-near infrared transmittance decreases slowly. When the heat-treatment temperature becomes higher than 750 ℃,it crystallizes out mainly in the form of volume crystallization and the mechanical properties and visible-near infrared transmittance decrease sharply as the heat-treated temperature increasing.
