摘要
布鲁氏菌传统分离与鉴定方法周期长,对操作条件要求高,作为常规鉴定方法的补充和替代,分子生物学方法因其快速灵敏易操作的特点而被广泛应用。本文将近年国内外的布鲁氏菌分离鉴定,布鲁氏菌属的PCR鉴定,布鲁氏菌种的分子生物学检测,以及检测蛋白质和利用全自动生化分析仪器鉴定的方法做一综述,以供参考。
The conventional methods for isolating and identifying the Brucella are time consuming and in high require-ments of the operating condition.As a complementary to conventional identification methods,molecular biology methods are widely used because of its characteristics of quick and easy operation.In this issue,the recent researches on isolation and identification of Brucella,PCR identification of Brucella,molecular biology detection of Brucella strain,detection of protein,and automatic biochemical analysis instrument identification methods will be reviewed for reference.
