摘要
桃源水电站泄洪闸共设25套弧形闸门,闸门采用主横梁、斜支臂结构,门叶采用主横梁面板实腹式同层布置,支臂为箱型截面。桃源水电站弧形闸门在支铰埋件、支臂与门叶拼装以及和弧门门叶两侧止水座板等方面进行了工艺上的改进,加上门体分节、支臂现场拼装等厂内二次设计优化,大大缩短了施工工期,保证了施工质量。
Taoyuan Hydropower Station installs 25 sets of radial gates in discharge sluices. The gate adopts primary transverse beams and oblique arm structure, the main transverse beams of gate flap are arranged in same layer with solid-web structure and the gate arm uses box-type section. The technologies on radial gate hinge buried parts, assembly of arm and flap and seal base plate besides flap are improved. The designs of gate flap sections and on-site arm assembly are also optimized in manufacturing plant. These improvements greatly shorten construction period and ensure construction quality.
