摘要
目的比较研究刺玫果种子和果肉不同极性萃取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,采用DPPH自由基清除法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和邻二氮菲亚铁法,测定种子和果肉不同极性萃取物对DPPH自由基(DPPH·)、超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力。结果种子和果肉不同极性萃取物均有一定的抗氧化能力,在一定质量浓度范围内,清除自由基的能力与其质量浓度呈正相关性。部分萃取物对DPPH·和·OH的清除能力较强,而对O-2·的清除能力较弱,其中果肉乙酸乙酯部分对DPPH·、O-2·和·OH的清除率最强,IC50分别为6.46,971.48和51.12μg·mL-1,总黄酮含量测定结果表明,该部分总黄酮含量为30.2%。结论果肉乙酸乙酯部分是一种很有潜力的天然抗氧化剂。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of the extracts of seeds and the pulps of the fruit from Rosa davurica Pall .in vitro .Methods The antioxidant activity was measured with the methods of DPPH · free radical scavenging ,pyrogallol autoxida-tion and phenanthroline by using ascorbic acid as the positive control .Results The results showed that the extracts had some cer-tain antioxidant activity ,and exhibited a concentration-dependent radical scavenging activity in a certain concentration range .Some extracts had moderate capacities of scavenging on DPPH · and · OH ,but poor capacities of scavenging on O2- · ,in which the ethyl acetate fraction of the pulps had the most potent free radical scavenging activity on DPPH · ,O2- · and · OH ,with IC50 6.46 ,971.48 ,and 51 .12 μg · mL -1 ,respectively .Furthermore ,the ratio of the total flavonoids in the ethyl acetate fraction of the pulps was 30 .2% on the basis of the contents measurement .Conclusion The ethyl acetate fraction of the pulps is a potential natural antioxidant .
