摘要
现有研究虽然发现管理创新和技术创新对企业绩效都有重要的影响,但却没有比较两种创新与企业绩效关系的差异,更没有考虑市场上的不良竞争行为对上述关系的影响作用。通过分析和总结管理创新和技术创新的差异,比较两者对企业绩效的影响作用,并研究不良竞争行为在两者与企业绩效关系中的调节作用。研究发现,管理创新和技术创新都可以提高企业绩效,而且管理创新的影响作用更强。同时,不良竞争正向调节管理创新和企业绩效的关系,负向调节技术创新和企业绩效的关系。
Although both managerial innovation and technological innovation contribute to firm performance, extant literature has neither compared their performance implications nor investigated the impact of dysfunctional competition on their performance implications. This study distinguishes managerial innovation and technological innovation, compares their relationships with firm performance, and investigates the moderating effects of dysfunctional competition on these relationships. It finds that the positive relationship between managerial innovation and firm performance is stronger than that between technological innovation and firm performance. dysfunctional competition positively moderates the relationship between managerial innovation and firm performance, but negatively moderates that between technological innovation and firm performance. The findings can enrich the discipline's knowledge on the performance implications of managerial innovation and technological innovation.
