摘要
受全球经济与信息技术的发展以及英国国内教育质量下降等因素的影响,进入21世纪的英国,将教育作为优先发展的对象,进行了数次基础教育课程改革。涉及的内容主要有课程目标、课程内容、课程结构、课程评价、课程管理等。英国基础教育课程在改革取得了一定的成绩同时,也存在如政治色彩浓厚、改革过于频繁、教育公平未达到期望值以及忽视了教师的作用等问题。因此,鉴于英国的基础教育课程改革的经验与教训,我国在进行当下基础教育课程改革时,应执行"以人为本"的理念,强调学生的主体性;完善基础教育课程教学质量检测评估机制;加快教育公平的步伐,加大教育财政性支出并重视教师参与等。
Affected by the globalization of economy, information technology and the declining of education quality, Britain puts development of education as a top priority in the new century. Basic education curricular reforms are performed involving the curricular objectives, contents, structure, evaluation and management. Achievements are made but problems arise. The frequency is so high and a political will so strong. Besides, the British have not fulfilled equal education, and the roles of teachers are ignored. China should learn the experiences and lessons and insist on the people-oriented concept, improve the evaluation mechanism of basic education quality and equal opportunity for all, and increase financial support.
