藻蓝蛋白对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用 被引量:2

Protective effects of phycocyanin on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis

摘要 目的探讨藻蓝蛋白对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用。方法 75只BALB/c小鼠,雄性,4周龄,随机分成4组:A组空白对照(n=15);B组病毒对照(n=20);C组维生素C对照(n=20);D组藻蓝蛋白干预(n=20)。于病毒接种第15天处死小鼠取心脏,光镜检查心肌病理变化,免疫组化、Western blot检测心肌胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的表达。结果 (1)藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组较病毒组生存率提高,病理改变减轻,IGF-1表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组比较,后者生存率、病理改变及IGF-1表达低于前者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论藻蓝蛋白可以影响IGF-1表达,减轻心肌病理损伤,对心肌具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of phycocyanin on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 75 BALB/c mice were assigned into 4 groups:normal control group (group A,n =15),virus control group (group B,n =20),vitamin C intervention group (group C,n =20),phycocyanin intervention group(group D,n =20).Mice were killed on the 15th day after inoculated,the samples of myocardial tissue were obtained.The pathological changes of myocardial tissue were detected by an optical microscope.The expression of IGF-1 in myocardial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results Compared with group B,the histopathologic score and the expression of IGF-1 of group C and group D were lower,of which the survival rate was higher(P < 0.05).There were differences between group C and group D,but not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusions Phycocyanin may influence the expression of ICF-1 and possibly thus providing protective effects on myocardial tissue.
