摘要
为了更深入了解芒刺极线进而提高静电除尘器的除尘效率,对现在常用的四种芒刺极线的伏安特性进行了实验研究。通过观测四种芒刺极线在线板型负高压下电晕放电的状态,分别对四种芒刺极线在不同线板间距下和相同线板间距下的伏安特性进行纵向和横向的对比。研究并分析了影响其伏安特性的各种因素。结果表明:这四种芒刺极线的伏安特性曲线具有很强的相似性,而在同一线板间距和相同的电压下,四刺芒刺极线产生的电晕电流大于其他三种芒刺极线产生的电晕电流;证明了芒刺极线能够很好的产生电晕电流,并且与其芒刺的长度、数量及尖端的半径有关系。研究结果对静电除尘器的实际工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
In order to gain further insight into the nature of burred line pole and so as to improve the dust collecting efficiency of electrostatic precipitator( ESP),the V-A characteristic of 4 common types of burred line poles is studied. By observing the states of negative high voltage corona discharge of these 4 types of burred line poles,their V-A characteristics in a same wire-board distance and those in various wire-board distances are compared respectively,varied factors in affecting the V-A characteristics have been studied and analyzed. The results show great similarities among these 4 types of burred line poles' V-A characteristics,and that the corona current of 4-burr line pole is the strongest one. It proves that the burred line pole has great capability in producing corona current which is determined by the length,amount and tip radius of the burrs. The research has a certain instructiveness for practical use of the ESP.
