摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,模拟高压差运行工况,对设计的最小流量调节阀的调节特性进行分析研究。模拟试验的结果表明迷宫流道结构能达到均匀降压,提高节流副的阻力系数,减小流体在阀门流道中产生汽蚀的可能性,为保证阀门的使用寿命和可靠性提供理论依据。
The flux character of minimum flow regulating valve is researched,simulated the high differential pressure condition by methods of digital simulation.The simulation results show that the construction of labyrinth channels can reduce pressure even-ly,and increase flow resistance coefficient to reduce the possibility of cavitation.The research provides theoretical basis for guar-anteeing the long life and reliability of the valve.
