作物遗传育种研究进展Ⅲ.作物基因工程与基因组编辑 被引量:4

摘要 从育种应用角度对利用基因工程和基因组编辑技术拓宽作物遗传变异的意义、特点、原理和基本方法进行了评述,着重介绍了近10年来内源转基因和同源转基因、新靶标基因、多基因工程、叶绿体基因工程和基因组编辑技术的研究新进展,同时比较了它们的优缺点,以期为合理选择利用这些新技术创制新种质提供基础。
